He told me he could stop by the next day since he was out on a parts run and would not be done until the end of the day. I told him that I had someone already scheduled for tomorrow so it was ok since I didn't want to double book. He said he wanted my business so he would make a detour after he made his pickup. About an hour or two later he was my house with a truck full of parts.  30 minutes after that my AC was back up and running. I guess that's how you win new business. Tyler, Connor and crew went above and beyond in every regard. They are esponsive, punctual, thorough, friendly, reasonably priced, efficient and gracious. Not to mention, local! Our furnace went out the day before Thanksgiving and not only did they squeeze us in to evaluate what was a broken heat exchanger but they removed the bad unit, drove to Lansing to get us our new one and installed in the course of a few hours so we’d have heat over the holiday weekend. To say we were grateful would be an understatement. If you are in a pinch or simply looking for reliable & trustworthy care close to home, Shaull is your answer.
