He told me he could stop by the next day since he was out on a parts run and would not be done until the end of the day. I told him that I had someone already scheduled for tomorrow so it was ok since I didn't want to double book. He said he wanted my business so he would make a detour after he made his pickup. About an hour or two later he was my house with a truck full of parts.  30 minutes after that my AC was back up and running. I guess that's how you win new business. Our furnace went out the day before Thanksgiving and not only did they squeeze us in to evaluate what was a broken heat exchanger but they removed the bad unit, drove to Lansing to get us our new one and installed in the course of a few hours so we’d have heat over the holiday weekend.
